Northly is offering an opportunity to work part-time while learning pottery for one year, with the possibility of a paid internship at Northly's affiliate studio in Vancouver, Canada. The part-time job at Northly pays a starting wage of 950 yen per hour (with the possibility of a raise) for approximately 140 hours per month, working five days a week. Accommodation is available for free, although there may be some duties associated with being a resident manager.

HiDe, who has been working as a ceramic artist in Canada for 30 years, will provide direct instruction in English and pottery. Access to the studio is available 24 hours a day, so practice time is unlimited.
